One of the (many) perks to not drinking alcohol is being hydrated. I love drinking seltzer water. It feels awesome to put good, refreshing, healthy liquid in my body. After a binge, my skin is dry, my lips are chapped, my mouth feels like cotton, my pee is dark yellow; ugh, it's awful.

As I tip back yet another can of seltzer-- cheers to hydration!

Yeah, I used to get dehydrated too, and now I love drinking water.

At the high end, maybe 12-15 beers in a day.

But even drinking 5-6 beers in a night would make me feel dehydrated the next morning.
