Wishing everyone a fun thansgiving

Still struggling, but I have been going to meetings, and reading, and praying. I drank a week ago and really started hard back to get motivated. Don't mess up a good day by drinking, don't make a bad day worse, by drinking. Google and study tips on handling cravings. Have a good holiday! :day6

Good to see you here Mcribb, thanks for checking in and Happy Thanksgiving to you.

This will be my 5th turkey day clean and sober. For the first few years of recovery I celebrated Thanksgiving at my AA club, we serve over 250 people dinner there each year. For the last couple years I've celebrated at home with my family, friends, and new bride. Holidays can be a blast without alcohol, I hope you keep coming back and make the best of them.
