Made it home, stopped at the library and got a few books to keep me occupied. One looks really interesting called "The Heart of Addiction". The library just happens to be in the same strip mall as my favorite sports bar and its Monday Night Football and World Series Game 5, but made it home anyway bypassing all that. I am really interested in the why's of all this. I need to learn about triggers and the root cause.

Welcome back, Jerry. Stopping at the library was an excellent plan. I still read everything I can get my hands on concerning alcoholism. It helps.
