I apologize to the members and mods here

I have worried my friends here with my depressing hopeless posts and I'm sorry for worrying you all. I have an appt coming up with my shrink and will discuss this with him as well as possible med changes.

Again, I'm sorry I worried you all.

I will be alright. I won't endanger myself in any way.

Oh no, I wasn't around to see the posts you're talking about, but I do know how much you've struggled over the past year, and how much progress you've made. Don't let yourself get into the thought pattern that you've not accomplished anything because you had a couple of bad days. Bad days are part of recovery, too, as you know.

Anyways, Least. It is great that you are adjusting your meds with your doctor. I get like that too when my psych meds are off. Don't feel guilty. You're a valued and wonderful part of SR.

I am glad you are going to talk to your Psych about how you have been feeling, Least. You have been in a very dark place for quite a while now and I believe you need help with it.

I always worry about you Least, but would never want you to apologize for speaking the truth. You can't pretend everything's fine if you're miserable. Your life has been unhappy most of the time for quite awhile, and what kind of friends would we be if we weren't concerned about that? I know we're all hoping you'll find an answer so you can live without the hopelessness you've been trying to cope with.
