Thanks! you guys rock. I went to my meeting at 1pm then rode my harley down by the lake for 2 hours, still feeling awesome. I have actually started talking and participating in the meetings sharing my wonderful story (well- people define wonderful differently).
Had myself a pimento cheese sandwich (I know some people hate those- not me) and some BBQ chips just now, with a diet coke (wow- 3 weeks ago I would have had a slightly different lunch....)
