day two for me is well. Got up today feeling alot better that i normaly do. When evening rolls around thats whan it get tough. Good luck to you!

I hope as you progress you will feel better.

Congratulations to both you and Adayat a time for making it through that tough first day. I think the first week is the toughest and was glad to have the peeps here to encourage me.

This might sound silly...
but as each day goes by and we check in with eachother...it's almost like sharing a special bond. It makes me feel a little stronger and want to do better.
I feel so blessed to be here and I thank god I found this place.
