It feels awesome to be in control of yourself. What a relief to wake up and not panic trying to remember what you said or did the night before.
Fatigue is normal during the early days of sobriety. Night sweats too. Drink lots of water and/or gatorade type drinks. Try to eat healthy all day, lots of snacks. Your body will need time to adjust to real nutrition instead of the quick energy and calories it absorbed from alcohol.
