Thanks everyone! I can't tell you how excited I am to be here at day 7! I had dinner with an old friend last night at one of our favorite spots... I was SO tempted to join her in a glass of wine. That old addict voice kept whispering 'you've gone 6 days, one glass won't hurt'. But I stuck with my water. (Thank you God!!) And feel great today. Plus, I finally SLEPT through the whole night! Frankly, I feel like celebrating today!

The first week is rough so it's a milestone to get to the end of one week. I'm glad you made it (glad we both made it!) and congratulate you on getting this far!

I have to say, the first couple of days that voice was screaming in my ears, now it is more like an annoying insect buzzing around. Although I am on guard for it to zoom in with it's stinger!!
