Welcome to SR! I was a binge drinker too who got sick and tired of being sick and hungover--not to mention the self-hate. Even though I only have a week under my belt I feel like that is a major accomplishment because without coming here and feeling support, I know I would've caved in during the week--I always have. Just hang on and don't pick up the first one.... Glad you're here
