Howdy Folks ~

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am approching 5 months of sobriety. Not a day goes by that I am not reminded of the benefits of quitting drinking!

I sure have enjoyed reading the threads and will add my story later.

This weekend has been long and hard for me. I've been isolating, I think in a good way - if there is such a thing?

I think that there is such a thing as isolating in a good way. It is taking time out for yourself and introspection. Congratulations on 5 months! I hope to get there too!
