Gratitude

I woke up grumbling, tripped on my way to the shower, and then spilled coffee all over my books.

It's always a good idea to keep coming back to gratitude - just to make sure that it's firmly in place. It keeps things in perspective, and it's humbling.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude today!

Sorry to copy Matt but my keyword of the day is Patience, im only two weeks sober but im already feeling frustrated, when is everything going to get better!

It took years to get into the state i was in so i guess im in this for the long haul.

Ive got to let what will happen, happen in its own time.

Enjoy the Moment...I need to learn to live in the now, instead of the past or worrying about tomorrow. So today I want to enjoy what I"m doing, when I"m doing it, instead of thinking or worrying about what's to come =)
