Hi Jen,

I have to agree with Rob. Get to work on those amends. I've had a lot of crap going on in my life lately, but I find that forcing myself to write and then start the process of contacting folks to make the amends really helps me stay on beam. I've made a few too and that has helped me also. Don't stagnate!!!
