Stone sorry, I had to log off last night. Used to take 2 sugars, but for the last year or so I take none.

Believe it or not, my father used to take 6 sugars in his tea.

Now he takes none as well, and just as well.

Morning all .

Didn't sleep much myself... but I never do . Going to Vinyasa 3 in a an hour and then doing that practice class we have to teach to friends and or family. It should be fun... I promised not to kill them. I guess I shouldn't, not for the karma factor but that they have to fill out evaluation forms .

Indian Fest at a park nearby later on too... if the weather holds out. It's drizzly now, sort of like Liverpool gray. I would like to drag the family around dinner, so we can go with the sole purpose of pigging out (my plan every year).

Sadmummy... hi and welcome! This thread is mainly about nothing. We just goof off here and have fun, but can be serious if you need an ear.

Shower now, sweat later.

Speaking of...

"Hmm . . ." thought Abigail as she gazed languidly from the veranda past the bright white patio to the cerulean sea beyond, where dolphins played and seagulls sang, where splashing surf sounded like the tintinnabulation of a thousand tiny bells, where great gray whales bellowed and the sunlight sparkled off the myriad of sequins on the flyfish's bow ties, "time to get my meds checked." - Runner-up in the Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest

Good morning idiots.
Coffee and leftover sushi for breakfast YIKES then going to hit the gym again for a major cardio blast. Going to spend the day with a gal in recovery, hit a meeting then go walk in the sunshine - beautiful weekend.
I went to a meeting last night and shared with a couple peeps that I have been struggling - but haven't been ready to share details. I pried the lid off, so to speak, last night, and even acknowledging the struggle has helped. So - I feel better this morning than I have in a couple of weeks. PHEW
Tanho - stay safe - I see that the storm is gaining strength.

Hey babes . I'm going to be out, you be good now, you hear ?!

I expect a full report later on .

Hi RoRo. Sushi for breakfast sounds fine to me. Have fun at the gym. Good for you for getting your struggle off your chest at the meeting. Glad you feel some relief.

Going now... for real lol.

I was toying with the idea because I am enjoying it but I listened to my body and it said "Nah!". It was hard not to go though! Addictive personality anyone?

I have been 4 times this week and on the last day I increased my program quite a lot, too much possibly.

The Caffeine Click Test - How Caffeinated Are You?

It's a caffeine test. Silly but a little fun.

Yeah, I wouldn't know a thing about overdoing it as I go get the ice pack for the hamstrings .

Curry tea sounds nice. How many sugars in that?

Hey babes, I keep telling ya not to over-do it!

The sugar thing? All Catholics take 2 sugars, or in RKs case used to.

Yea curry tea rocks, you have to not overcook the chicken tho! Also it has to be served with basmati rice.
