Hello New Friends and New Life
I'm the newbie on the block. I'm So glad I found this website by chance.I feel right at home here and can already see this is more than just a glance at what MIGHT help me on my road to recovery.I hope to find many good friends on here who will be willing to share thier experiences and life stories as I will myself.Thank you for taking the time to read this if you get the chance.Once again hello and thank you.

Glad you found us. Part of what makes SR such a success is the new people who come along. . . whether you're struggling to make it through the day or you bring 25 years in Recovery, everyone brings a special something to the forums.

Welcome to a wonderful place Texas Dad, a place that's been a miracle for me. I found it by accident too-a year ago next month. Here you'll find a wide variety of people from several countries, all with the same goal. We leave behind us heartache, misery and regret. We are building a new life for ourselves, since it really is like learning to live all over again. You might find fewer responses here tonight than on weeknights, since weekends typically have less activity. There are many paths to recovery (and I've tried quite a few!), but SR is truly special. The people are some of the most honest and caring that I have ever had the privledge to know!
