Good morning, it's suffering/suckering sucketash Sunday.
I wish it was something easier to say Sunday, simple Sunday, sunny Sunday, Sunday Sunday, silly Sunday or something Sunday even.
Happy day anyway - you can come back and read that any day of the week and it still counts, happy day everybody.
Where is everybody by the way?

hi RK and Stoney.....you beat me up again! My computer is temporarily working!
I had a bad and wierd dream last night. And forgot my meds yeserday, but that shouldn't effect me since it so rarely hapens in sobriety and the all but my blood pressure pill are "build up" effects and missing one day every 3 or 4 months doen't effect them.
I ate 4 cupcakes, 2 pieces of cake and a bowl of icecream yesterday..that probably has more to do with why I feel sick and icky today.
Stoney...you can put on a dress and hang with the women anytime!

this is a major problem
canned caffine simply doenst cover it
having major drug dreams after the encounter w someone who reminded me of my past
ugh
at least Im working on my bathroom and taking off some $ on the rent........

. Keeping busy, being positive,balls,fitting in the Buddhism... ALL GOOD THINGS! And that feeling in your stomach? Excellent! Better than the pit of regret no doubt. Very happy to read this type of post from you Paul. Keep it going!

I usually avoid the drinking/ drug dreams, mainly because I have insomnia and never sleep. I advise insomnia if the dreams really start to bother you.
Working and getting $ off the rent sounds productive!

The dreams are just that! Dreams....
Goodness..I have dreams of my ex's...just the long term relations of course.
Involuntary!!! A way the mind works things out of your system....
Write them down upon awakening then forget it...
After awhile..go back and see if there is a pattern..
This is a great awareness tool.
