Noodles were a success.
fried chicken and mushrooms with garlic and chilies, threw sugar snap peas in towards the end then threw in mixture of lime juice, coconut milk and nam plas. Garnished with freshly chopped corriander (cilantro?).
It's sort of spicy and subtle at the same time. Makes a nice change from my normally too robust chinese efforts.
