Trip was good. Just very hot. We got a lot of work done and a little R&R too!!

Sorry I've been silent-I have had a really difficult last 48 hours-dealing with an ex friend who has mental health issues.It's been really awful.She's not sane and accusing me of all kinds of things-after I walked away from this relationship 6 months ago.It's just baffling-to have it come up now.I spent most of yesterday on the phone to people-getting support.But I'm here now-and sober.

I wish you all lived next door really.Life can really blow.
