the anxiety is AMPED up.....I find out today about my job. I keep telling myself...I HAVE A CHOICE.....about how whatever happens will affect me. That was not always the case...but today I am responsible. A friend in recovery told me not to let my feelings dictate what I do...they're real but not reality....do the next RIGHT thing...my actions are what's important...sort of fake til you make it.

Just breathe Rob, you have done all you can...whatever happens is gonna happen. I have a good feeling about it!

Rob as others have said, breath, be calm, be aware that banging your head against a wall or screaming at the top of your lungs will change nothing, what will happen or not happen is how it is going to be. If it is not what you hoped for then obviously it is the right time for change.

If it is the end of your job then part on good terms, burning bridges in not a good thing, you want the best possible reference you can get if need be.
