Hey All- tonight at 9 will be another 24 hours without drinking. That'll be 3 days I'm absolutely sure of being sober....got a real cast on the arm yesterday....because i waited 9 days to get it it had to be re-broken and re-set....that hurt...i tried to think of the pain as a kind of payback for all the hurt i've caused....eating regular....still very emotional....doom and gloom thinking...been to a mtg every night....going tonight....trying to stay in the day....itshardv to type with one left finger

Urgh that would kill getting your arm rebroken.
What you're feeling is normal, Rob. Just keep doing the do things - meetings, sharing, not picking up.
