If you have reached the point where you will do whatever it takes to get sober, get up and go to a meeting.You will have doubt and fear and shame, but you know what? We all did too, and being sober feels a hell of allot better than wallowing in the self pity world.You made the right choice, stay strong, don't let your mind fool you.Just don't pick up the first drink, and get busy livin'.

Hi everyone, I also hit rock bottom. And like Fast Steve, I work from home and was supposed to be working but I was too hungover. And now I feel like a total piece of s***
I feel so ashamed of myself, so embarrassed, so regretful. I feel like I am at the bottom of a slimy pit that I put myself in. I feel like trash. One thing I can say is that my hangover has been so bad that I really do want to quit. I wish you all the best and I know all the feelings you are going through!
