I had a great meeting tonight and there are a lot of new thoughts in my head and I realized this is how I operated for years. Sorry if I'm rambling, I just wanted to share this and my sponsor isn't home.
WOW! I must have missed hearing that when I quit 28 years ago! Thank Goodness, or I might not still be sober! I never set a time limit for my sobriety...I just kept putting one foot in front of the other, each day at a time...and, here I am 28 years later.

Personally, I think it must be a big mistake to set a time limit...and, that's probably why it sets people up for relapse.
