Hey you always have the time you didnt drink and no one can take that away from you and you know what your back at trying again i don't know how many times i tried before i finaly got it and said i'm sober for today and jest today and not worry about the past and jest take it one day at a time it does work if you let it.Good luck my friend and keep posting....

Only you can answer that, Hope. From my own experience, and that of many I've listened to over the years, we are usually "mentally drunk", even before we pick up again. But, if I got stuck in all the woulda, coulda, shouldas, I'd be unable to move on and dig myself out of the muck and mire of all that stickin' thinkin'.

The truth right there we had a member pass away about a month ago who was in her early 50's. Alcohol KING Alcohol and the dope killed her. Sad but true we only get so many Chances No pun intended
