I just wanted to say congratulations and thank you to all lurkers and all posters. I know that many of us are in a lot of pain..emotionally and perhaps physically and spiritually...I know that some of us are feeling hopeless and helpless. However, if you are reading this post right now, it implies desire. Why on earth would anyone be browsing or <GASP!> register on a recovery forum without the desire..whether it be the desire for answers, the desire to stop using or whatever! Please understand, accept, and internalize that this fact alone means that there IS hope. There IS help. And then take a moment to give yourself a little credit for being courageous enough to be here...for being alive. Maybe even smile a little. I love you folks and I learn from you all everyday. Sooo...I officially declare today "I'm scared as hell and sometimes life sucks...but I am the SH*T and deserve to smile" Day! Enjoy it, my friends....celebrate it!
