that's what we get for nagging him about too much coffee..
we went to our appt, and my daughter ended up coming. she's still got a lot of work to do. and so do i. i'm not sure i agreed with everything the counselor suggested. so i gotta think on it a bit.............................

she suggested we front her money for the next month until she gets her first pcheck, under the condition that we get that check when it comes. i don't believe she would EVER give me that money back.
she also said that she lies and steals now because she is vulnerable and it's easier for her to do that than to be honest and set up for our disapproval. i can kind of see this, but it's just so twisted...
i don't know. i'm confused. but yes, very grateful that she showed up to go.

That does sound like a tough decision. If it were me, I probably wouldn't lend the $$$ based on what you've said. I would continue to support her by allowing the living arrangements to stay as is and all that. But you and your husband are the ones that have to live with it so... just me thinking outloud.

Well, K, I'm glad she went to the appointment. I don't think I would front her any money either. Mind you, if this were my own daughter, I don't know what I would do. Easier when it's not your own child. You'll do what's right. Keep asking for guidance.

Didn't ya hear, Zip? He's done all the steps! Finished 'em all today - so no wonder the poor kid is sleeping.
Jules, thanks for asking about my Dad, he called me this afternoon, he's home now and feeling better. He will be seeing a new cardiologist who thinks he will benefit from surgery. I'm so glad he's okay.

I really need to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chit! chit! chit!
I have NO reason (excuses) left. I'm plum out! yea yea, my Son is going to iraq, but he needs me sober.
Help me pick a nice clean date. maybe Sept 1st? that would be an easy one for counting days. and dont say tomorrow cuz I'm not prepared!! I have to ease my way down in 'quantity' so i wont have bad withdrawal.
