Just peeking in to say hello - been to the policeman's funeral today it was absolutely huge and emotional and when I got home - I went to bed for a few hours.
I'm reminded to be grateful for today - none of us know what tomorrow holds - the only certainty we have is this day, this moment.
Love you guys - lets stay sober today.

Hi Rusty I didnt mean it like that, 'do the right thing' is kinda how I see step 10 atm. I didnt mean it in such a way that it could be used as an excuse to do what you like and then cos you say sorry all is well.

well my avatar's a grouch so damn straight it's ok to get angry IMO...I think sometimes people see Anger as a bad thing...it's a natural thing, it happens for a reason, and to ignore it or stifle it brings you all kinds of crap...
