Well! I had an extra-crap day today, so it feels GREAT to come home and catch up on this very silly thread!

First - re the swear word in my submission - yes, I knew about it, and I shouldn't have, and apologize to anyone who it offended, but - I was having a fu** it moment.

I just came from a 30 year sobriety birthday - terrific time. BUT I saw my ex there - we have been apart for 3 weeks - and I'm happy without him, ya know? But suddenly there he is looking all ordinary-like and he's sitting with this cougar who was after him when he was dating me. Well, she can have him, right? Then why do I feel so crappy? I had to call my sister for some positive reinforcement to remind myself why I need to keep my focus ON recovery and OFF men.
