What you heard is right you need to doctors whoi are independent of each other to section you and in Scotland you need a social worker too (other half bnot sure about if Social worker needed in England - but yes definitely 2 doctors) If you went in voluntarily then you would not be sectioned, you are there as it says VOLUNTARILY. It may be worth considering, just to see if they cold help. You might feel safer knowing that you are surrounded by people whos job it is and who are paid to help you and look after you.
