Just to let you know, slept till the more reasonable time of 08.30 this morning from 10pmish last night. Went to my work at 11 - 12.30. Man thats was hard but I did it and nothing bad happened and everyone was really nice. Had a bit of anxiety but not nearly as bad as it has been. Then went back to the supermarket to prove yesterday wasn't a one off freak that I managed and I got some more shopping (including pommegranate juice after reading a post here!!) then went to the DIY shop and bought secatares (sp) and am now home and away to go outside and chop bits off the unruly plant/weed that is blocking my sunlight!!!lol

Tomorrow will be a big test a full day back at work. But I'm sure I can do this. And still no desire to drink. Have also booked myself to go horse riding this weekend as havn't been in a long time (usually too hung over and it doesnt involve alcohol!!) and I used to love it so hopefully I can get back into that.

Anyway off to do some serious damage to this plant thing in my garden!
