...there is so much more to life than these poisons. When we're high/drunk on a substance, we can't fully enjoy all that life has to offer.
...we will be able to live to our fullest capabilities.
...we will be able to live to our fullest capabilities.
...because, when my time comes to leave this earth, I don't want everyones last memory of me to be falling down drunk....I want them to remember me for the person I am today...and that is pretty good, if I do say so myself!!!
Because I been there and done that 6 times........
30 years off and on with one substance or another..
and alcohol mainly.........cheated death more than once..
many times...and no matter what the excuses and alibi's
were...........
It is time, my time to start giving back to God, to life, to my fellows.
And I believe in this process I will finally find myself.
Love,
Sherry

There is a purpose in my life...
Being that I come from a lengthy line of active alcoholism in my family, JUST maybe I am here to break the cycle of active addiction.
I would like to leave this earth sober...
