is this where parents of recovering(?) a's post questions? Or do I just go with the issue? young adults, 1 was on pain killers in college, the other was into meth; never shoudl have happened to either on of them - a-b students, athletes, great guys. Recovery is slow and I feel myself being manipulated (that makes me the volunteer). Courageous words or advise anyone?

Hi BlvninGod,

Some parents come here - and some go to the friends and family of alcoholics forum which is also on this website. you should find some support and advice there. I'm glad you found us.

if you haven't already, feel free to come on over to the friends and family forum.
