Why don't my bottons work

What happened to my editing buttons.

I can't seem to change font, center, size or even spell check anymore, is it myy set up or the board. Anybody now whats wrong?

A lot of our button functions quit after the recent
system 'upgrade' by the SR owners.

The techs and MG and Doug are working on repairs.
