i was 40+ pounds overweight when i surendered, all freak'n bloat and bile...
was a slob... i dranks galllons of h2o, flushed out my system, vitamins... ate five healthy meals a day.. did pushups and situps... slowly i got back to look'n like a resonable person... and the bonus cam... it help'd my soul...
i now stil have the pig... just i put applesauce on it now... its in the fry'n pan... not in my gullet anymore... a good ole porkchop once in awhile...

Hey Indigo thanks for welcome, well when you are in a forum which has huge membership, then sometimes we miss some threads.
