Thought I'd beat this guys, after 7 weeks sober - how wrong can you be. Swore I'd be back on that wagon (after skiding down that slope, gawd how many bad drunks after that LAST bad drunk???).

How wrong can you get? I'm drinking, even now, 1st time I have posted while drinking.

Even made a great mate via this site (hi Charlotte) - but can't engage, too stuck in misery.

Keep coming back, you can find your way again.... 7 weeks is 7 weeks. and you proved you can make it that long which is quite an accomplishment.

well done on the seven weeks. I (and im sure many others) , too thought we had licked this thing after a good spell of sobriety.. but when we went back for the sociable one ..it fecked us over big style.. if u stop drinking now.. then just get back on course.. good luck and keep us posted

Hey Kickit, do just that.....kickit in the arse! I've been where you are, i went 45 days the first time, 44 days the second time, and 6 months the 3rd time. I'm just over 2 weeks now.....i keep coming back. yeah, i feel like crap when i screw up, but i just get back up and start over. You can do it too.

dont feel bad, I slipped after 33 days and since then I will go a week or a few days without drinking and then something gets to me and I will pick up a beer but I am not gonna stop trying , that is all you can do is keep trying.
