Good to see you both here, well better here than drinking anyway.
Day 10 for me and Ive got a stinking headache..
My oven blew today so I'm off the hook for cooking tea and my partners gonna buy takeaways, hopefully the healthiest kind lol
It's Friday night and I'm not drinking so that's the most important thing..

Morning all

Hi Liz, Snitch and Red.
Day 12. Just been to a SMART meeting which was very uplifting and helpful. Got 3 days off work now. Plenty to do today.

Hope eveyrone is ok x

I'm in, day 1 for me. Of all the stupid reasons to drink, I drank yesterday cos it was the end of month and I thought I can quit on the 1st of the month. Pathetic!

Hi all, I completed 8 months of sobriety yesterday. It's been a difficult but amazing journey so far and I'm so happy I am finally doing this. Each month I have started by posting my intention to stay sober in a monthly class. I will be staying sober in September now.

And I'll take the backseat with Zencat.

9pm now. had such productive day. It's amazing how much more productive I am at 12 days sober. My changed eating habits are contributing to it too. have so much more energy and feel very positive. hope everyone is ok/
