I’m so fair skinned and burn easily. The Pacific Ocean here in So Cal will definitely never be confused with the warm & clear ocean water of Hawaii or the Caribbean.

Was busy doing aquarium maintenance, re-potting houseplants, and then also going out to lunch with my man friend.
Nearly froze my fingers off filling the bird feeders just now. It's 16 degrees with a stiff wind - makes it feel like 0 (fahrenheit).

Hello everyone & 24 more for me please..
My tree is up and I'm working on other decorations tonight. My retriever pup wore herself out sniffing the new stuff & running off with balls, ribbons & tissue paper. She had so much fun playing keep away & is now fast asleep..
As soon as she wakes up from her nap we'll take our last walk of the night -brrr! - and enjoy some neighborhood holiday lights. Sober life is good and I'm so grateful for everything I have, including all of you here at SR. It's good to be back and posting again. Night all....

That’s what my folks say …. Come up to Idaho!! 🏔🏔 I just love how beautiful it is there Winter or Summer.
Gotta say they are getting warmer too … and with their Central A.C, broken now … well no more Summer visits.
My Mom is from a little island next to the Niagara Falls, NY and we all know they got hammered with that big snow storm!! YIKES ! All my Aunts & cousins live there …
I just saw on AccuWeather that we were 75 today, forecast 75 & 74 the next 2 days.
Might as well check in for my next 24 …
