With all this food chat going on, I'm going to mention that I'm going back to avoiding eating meat. I did this for years, but got away from it, but decided to add it to the changes I'm making.

Today is another day 1. In bed with prescription of Lorazepam I was every grateful to get from Private physician. I went on quite a ride for a few days. I did go out the feed the yard critters and that was enough outside loopy world. I will get something to eat later today. I played around and was overtaken. I’ll check in tomorrow.
FT ha! I love that trick. Can’t tell you how many times I went to bed extremely early. I currently still go to bed at 8. Except for tonight. But it saves me from thinking “well I have time for just one, but that’s it…” and we know how that turns out

Good morning. It's day six. Had a breakfast of coffee, and smokes and cold diet cokes. I feel like if I can get control of my food addiction, my life will start to come together. Food was where my addictive tendencies started.
I'm 5kg overweight. I'm aiming to be a healthy weight by May 21st. Just crash diet my way there, then transition to healthy weight loss.
Was very tempted to get drunk this morning since the antabuse takes a while to work but played the tape forward and saw nothing good. I can try and delude myself that I'd get buzzed and stopped, but I'd get wasted.
