I’m here for another 24 hours please 
6.32am and still dark (winter here).
I’m thinking I should probably get up and do some exercise (I think this most mornings….) but I’m really enjoying coffee in bed
Oh well, perhaps tomorrow…

Yes me too 😢. UP is also our sons favorite Pixar movie. Which is a hard task to do …. He also 💙💙💙 Wall-e. That’s another great movie that had me tearing up. Sigh ….🎥🎥

I was in one of those ambush meetings at work. It wasn’t about me but I was disgusted with it, and feeling discouraged overall. I thought about drinking afterwards, just to blunt the edges of the uglier side of some people, but my mind went immediately went to the ‘then what’? I would get the beer, and when would it end? How would I feel tomorrow? Would I get more tomorrow? Ugh...nope. Why not head on home, process and be over it? Alcohol doesn’t help with the processing. Not at all! Then you get the sick feeling too. I love how I was able to jump to the reality... instead of rolling around in the yuk of fantastical drinking thoughts like I once did. That’s progress. I am blessed!
