24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 483
“To get over the past, you first have to accept that the past is over. No matter how many times you revisit it, analyze it, regret it, or sweat it…it’s over. It can hurt you no more.” - Mandy Hale

Things I am going to continue to do even when lockdown is over. If lockdown is ever over....
1) go to the supermarket once a week; no more daily shopping;2) wave at my nice neighbours through my upstairs windows;3) do grocery shopping for elderly neighbours, once a week (see no.1 above);4) go for a run most days;5) stand in a long queue at least once a week - very good for patience and an ideal opportunity to make difficult phone calls that I've been putting off for a while;6) join meditation groups on zoom;7) do quizzes on zoom; 8) stop procrastinating about anything. If we can live through this craziness, there really is no excuse to put anything off once life returns to normal;9) read the news and not freak out - seriously, what's the point?10) stay sober. If we can stay sober through these days, why would we celebrate the end of these days by drinking poison? 11) Thank the universe every day for my sobriety. 12) Continue having detailed daily chats with friends about TV viewing options. We just finished watching the last episode of series 3 of Ozark. Absolutely fantastic. Think we'll start on the latest series of Homeland next. 13) Appreciate everything. 14) Try to do algebra every so often..... excellent work out for my brain. 14) smile at everyone. Even if it's behind a mask.
Hope everyone is ok. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxx
