Took a chance by going to a hardware store today to get some items. Everyone looks a bit worried, with they way everything is shutting down. Hopefully in a few months from now things will all be back to normal. Stay safe everyone.

Wisc., here in my area I’d say, via my local sober buddies FB page that the in-person meetings are dropping like flies! Regularly scheduled meetings are going online with Zoom.
My favorite Saturday BB is having it’s 1st Zoom Meeting this Saturday. And my son right now is on his regular Wednesday night meeting via online at this site.
I have groceries coming via delivery on Friday & Sunday. Amazon has been here yesterday & today with things I ordered. I have not been outside, except little walks, since last Thursday. I definitely am taking social isolation seriously. Mark’s been with me too. ODAAT.
So, yep, I’m in for my next 24.

Got a letter yesterday from my agency & was nervous to open it & find out what it was, but prayed whatever it said I’ll be ok. Twas a 1095-C form for health insurance which I figured might have been mistake, if I was no longer employed, but @ least gave me some tiny hope! So today called MD State Police & hoped for some good news. The guy who was doing my investigation said yeah, I already approved you to go back to work couple wks ago!! Huh what??! Oh thank you sir. Called employer, but lady who does all the paperwork wasn’t in so will follow up tomorrow. I didn’t even bother getting mad that no one called me to let me know, yet here I was already searching employment. I was shocked & joyful @ same time! My pastor was exactly right; a doctor’s word is final stamp just as letter told me. The only reason I had a hint of doubt was the ugly way In which that guy spoke to me. Guess all’s well that ends well. Thank You Lord for that Yuge wink from heaven
