It’s a beautiful day today. To say it’s warm might be stretch but, no winter gear is needed. Since it’s March the migratory birds should start returning pretty soon. Most of all it’s good to not be nursing a hangover.
Kjma, you can do today sober. I’m completely confident you will. Just think of how good you’ll feel tomorrow when you wake up without a hangover

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry. I did not mean my birthday is today. It isn't until the 27th. I meant that is one reason March is special to me.

I'm asking myself for a sober Monday.. I don't know how to jump off the roller coaster but I can at least get a sober 24 hours.. I have a meditation and mantra class tonight and I'm just hoping that's enough to keep me sober tonight as well as the things I have planned to do before that..
