You are always here for me, and that is all I need sweet friend. Just a response and your eternal support means the world to me. The rest is all on me. I may not have chosen these addictive genes but I am the one who chose these behaviors over the last 15 years. So no wonder this is so freakin hard.
I am determined to beat it though and will start using this thread to more and using the support here more. I might as well, right? I mean SR helped me get sober. I am sure it can help me in other ways. I just need to use it when I have an urge to eat food that hurts my body and soul.

I’ve got a big decision coming my way and, it weighs on me heavily. I know what the decision is and, it’s just a matter of time until I make it. If that makes any sense. Drinking over it won’t help though. Drinking over it after the decision is made won’t help either.

So, for today I’m in for another day of sobriety. That’s one decision I’ve already made.
