Ready for a new week.
Reiki was great last night- pretty amazing to see how animals react to it. We basically learned to Reiki a space and then the animals have the choice of whether or not to step into it and receive- the pitbull Iwas working with did- she was a hyper, lick your face type before but after my Reiki she slept on the floor for the last 4 hours of class! It was amazing.
Then I came home to drama from my husband and having to hear from my parents that the boys did not behave while they watched them. Overall, not a good evening. My son was a mess, he hit my hand out of frustration and knocked a mug out of it which spilled all over me and then broke, and in general we all just needed to go the heck to bed already.
I am going to spin class this morning- hoping it sets the mood right for the day. Going to start meditating again as well this week. God knows I need more grounding in my life.
I'm rambling.
