YAY!! Glad to hear the headaches are not what the MD said they were. So glad to know that you can proceed with your plans this August!

Stella, thank you for typing in the size 7 font! I am surprised what a difference it makes for me!

I tried using my 2.0 magnification reading glasses, and they have little effect.

I feel sort of ridiculous requesting it—and I am working on regaining access to my computer—but this large font really does help a lot!

So gang, if you don’t mind the extra keystroke, please use it (at the risk of annoying everybody else on the website)!

That is good, Gilly.
I might have to consider this- as I thought the last 2 migraines were stress from not getting anywhere with drawing. I pair of lenses for far, another for near..wearing 2 pairs too cumbersome, so have been squinting.
- maybe eye strain.
You are a treasure.

I wouldn’t be surprised, PJ! I hope that’s what it is.

I have really strong trifocals, so I had to find clip-on reading glasses that were big enough to cover my super, super on trend purple frames! LOL!

They’re a big pain—plus, they don’t help that much anymore.

Well, I’ll just have to get my magnifying glass out of the drawer!

It’s amazing how spoiled I got in the course of an hour!

For future use, you can enlarge and reduce the entire screen by holding down the ctrl key and pressing + or -

On my mini fruity tablet, I can use 2 fingers to enlarge what’s on the screen :-). Easy on the eyes.

Have a good day, Kathy And of course I remember Baltimore. That was a lovely lunch

I type from a phone, Trach.

When I enlarge the screen, I can’t see more than a few words at a time, Sass. I struggled with that for weeks.

Actually, I dug up a magnifying glass, so maybe we don’t have to alienate the entire site!

Maybe, perhaps, the inability to read the small screen has led to your eye strain and headaches? Just a thought. *hug*

Yes, Ann, I think that’s exactly it. On the phone it’s much smaller than regular typeface. I’m going to try to wheedle my way back onto the computer.
