Good morning all. Thank you Dee for the shout out for my 3 weeks sober. Yes 3 weeks today I had my first alcohol free day. I felt awful those first few days, things are so much better now.

Today is not a good day but I will get through it sober.

Please count me in for another 24 hours.

I was just thinking.....I worry so much. Mainly about getting sober, staying sober, doing the right thing, coping.

Then I realised, I am sober and I am coping. I work really hard to do the right thing. I'm actually doing it!! That made me laugh a bit 😂😂 I'm almost at 4 weeks, which would have been unheard of last year. I've had relapses but considerable chunks of sober time since August. It occured to me that I'm really learning to live without alcohol and what a beautiful gift that is.

Thank you for this thread everyone. We can all do this together! 💗 Gabe x
