733 am, USA, MN. woke up early started to do some yoga and the little decided it was also a good time to wake up. He is sick with a fever so cuddle time it is.
I did finally get to paint something last night, felt good to get creative again and out of ME!

Park the car, lay your head back and close your eyes, and listen with complete attention to a song that moves you. Do something intentionally to bring yourself a few moments of peace.

We can feel at peace even in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's true!

(not from relapse)
but also to recommit to sobriety, abstinence, strict adherence to medications, eating right, staying active, keeping positive and creative, personal hygiene, keeping on top of cleaning and maintaining. Eating right, cutting back on smoking and spending. Regular sleep schedule. Acknowledging compulsive behavior(s)...humbling to say viewing porn is one.

Well, enough said, 0808 Oshkosh time.
Getting a jump on good stuff so I don't have to make new year's resolutions!

I had my knee aspirated again and a cortisone shot. We'll see. I am finally able to put some weight on it again.
