The others are away at a Nutcracker thing, so I took the opportunity for a long woodland walk in the night,even found some decent snow patches left. But I did trip on some pine branches that had broken under the weight. Anyway, my southern feet are frigid. The rubber boots aren't enough in the snow even with thick socks.
