Dee, I hope you feel better quickly!!
It's 10:13 pm here in MinneSNOWta (no snow is sticking to the ground as of yet) and I'm in for another 24!!! I'm looking forward to day 60, I love the milestones they give me something to look forward to, a goal to reach besides one day at a time, and collecting that chip!!!! For now, I will focus on day 52 when I wake up.
I was in a slump for a couple weeks, lack of energy or desire to really work out and eat right, I'm feeling that so now I am putting one day at a time towards working out and food as well. Mostly sweets, go figure but they gotta go or be replaced with fruits not chocolate, Halloween candy is being thrown away or given away. Remove the temptation!!!!!
I want to be in my pre baby clothes so badly, I have 4 huge bins full of beautiful clothing just wanting to be worn, by me and not a consignment shop!!!! I have 35 pounds to go, while I was drinking I was able to lose 30 while working out daily and eating right, what in the world is my issue now being sober and staying motivated??? Oh, the depression state, yuk. I want outta it, working through it to be better.
Sweet dreams or good morning depending where you are! Enough ramble from me
Congrats to all the milestone!!

Congrats to all the milestone!!
I just finished getting caught up on the past two threads. I actually missed two days of check ins, I thought I popped in on Sunday, but apparently I got distracted with birthday fun, and yesterday was nonstop and I was exhausted when I finally crawled into bed at 10:00.
I really missed a lot.
First, welcome back to all who are struggling, and those who are back after a relapse. Hang in there, it gets easier with time, and lean on us if/when you are struggling.
I am also missing Pebs, I am glad she checked in, and I wish her lots of happiness and continued sobriety.
I also haven't seen any posts from Sunflower, Sunny, hope you are doing well.
Dee, I am sorry you are sick, I hope you rest, and are on the mend soon.
We are heading into the holiday season, and I know that can be a difficult time for many people. As we are posting each day maybe we can share some things that have helped us in the past. I know that having a plan for approaching holiday parties was important for me in the beginning. My family and friends all used to push the "it's only one," or you can drink it's the holiday! Thankfully, this no longer is the case, after almost two years worth of sober gatherings they have stopped asking me.
This is also the time of year to be thankful, and I am thankful for each of you. Have a great night!!!
❤️Delilah

Lots of fluids Dear One. Rest today.
Although disturbing, they're only dreams. Stay the course and stay close by.
