I am going to see my daughter's final performance today at 2:00, and then will be going to the cast party after. I will pick up my other two kids to take with me to the party, they have opted not to sit through another show.

Will never forget yest as long asI live! For first time since under a year sober, the pressure was so strong around me, that thot of a whiskey came to mind. No I did not take my test coz I was not ready(clearly). But as quickly as it came, it quickly disappeared; called sponsor after work & suggested I not think too much into this & I agreed but it’s easier said than done. Will try to relax & take it easy until try again on Thur

Maybe have a nice hot shower or bath tonight and then try some deep breathing before heading off to sleep tonight. It could really help you to relax and fall soundly asleep. A good night's rest may be all it takes.

Late check in but here for 24 more hours of freedom. It was an exhausting weekend with the boys acting out a lot and fighting all day yesterday. Somehow we all survived. I am signing them up for gymnastics starting next Saturday! Get that energy out..
