I was reading last night that some people who had coffee while taking lexapro had pretty bad effects as I had really bad head and my eyes really sore and very dilated. I think for now on I am sticking to green tea

Just checked the day counter thing on my phone and it's day 340 today. I'm getting so excited about nearing one year. I know that Tomsl has one year really soon and I'm getting excited about that. It's like being a kid on Christmas morning inside my head at the moment with all the excitement. And it wouldn't be like that inside my head if I'd been drinking last night. Hell no!

Good morning all. Saturday morning again. Hurrah! I really have got a tonne of stuff to do today but the lazy sloth in me is teasing me with thoughts of hanging here and chit-chatting all day! No naughty sloth! I shall get up and get moving!
I've got rising pesky anxiety at the minute. A lot of school events for the girls, birthdays, family visits and Christmas prep on the horizon. But then just looking at that list is really a super wonderful list of normal family life and I have my trusty sobriety to lean on now so negative Mary can go back in her box. Surely if I do my best all will be well?
Lots of love to you all. By that I mean absolitely each and every one of you. Part of every day is making sure I read every post and thank that person. I love seeing the growth we've got going on. I love too how we rally round anyone who is struggling. What a wonderful place thank you
