just after reading the end of part 289.
seems like some of us are having a hard time.
I know i cant say anything thats going to have a magic wand effect but folks there is no miracle solution, your the only one holding the cards...

So so sorry for my meltdown.
Didn't drink. Took the dog for a very long walk and done a lot of thinking. I didn't really get on well with AA in the past. But am going to a meeting today as an extra precaution. Sorry again ..it was selfish. I am not the only one struggling. 24 more please. Xxxx
